1. DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping method: We will deliver the goods / products to you by post at the address of the consignee that you registered when ordering.

Delivery time:
For orders in Hanoi (applicable to Ba Dinh, Hoan Kiem, Dong Da, Hai Ba Trung, Cau Giay, Tay Ho, Hoang Mai and Thanh Xuan districts), you will receive the product during the day (for orders in the morning or afternoon) or under 24 hours (for orders after 18:00).
Other provinces, delivery time is from 36 hours to 72 hours from the time we confirm about the payment received.
(Please add 24 hours if the ordering time is between 18:00 Saturday and 12:00 p.m Sunday).

Depending on the weight and sizes of the products.

Depending on the weight and sizes of the products. The fragile products, lacquers and artworks will be charged differently due to the complexity of the delivery.

2. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping method: We will deliver the goods / products to you by courier UPS according to the consignee's address you have registered when ordering.

Delivery time:
Delivery time after we have received your payment and confirmation of your order for different locations, different delivery times, details as below:
• Asia - Pacific: 3-5 business days
• Europe, USA, Africa: 5-10 business days
• Other areas: 7-10 business days
